She placed the mug in front of him and laughed as it steamed up his glasses.

“Ok Mr Reviewer, come on, give it to me.”

A slow inhale above the rim of the mug, and a slower sip. He nodded gently while swallowing.

“Hmm, yes, an interesting blend. Notes of hibiscus and cherry with other stone fruit coming through. A distinct earthiness I’ve come to expect from Ethiopian coffee, with the floral delights of Kenya.”

“Anything else?”

“Chocolate. Brazil? A Guatemalan perhaps?”

“Cocoa powder and my herbal tea. Your son has been playing around with your coffee machine all morning.”
